² Before the test, it shall firstly check if the circuit grounding is reliable,
the three phase power supply is consist with the local voltage
requirements. Water pressure> 2bar - <4bar. Water temperature ≤
10 ℃.
l Operate the gas switch to check if the machine moves backward ro
forwards freely.
l Start the cooling water systems, adjust the water flow in the press
rollers and cooling roller, and check if the spatula is clean.
l Check if the scraper of the crushing roller is clean; if there is debris,
clean in time to prevent to scratch the belt.
l Open the belt cooling water to check whether all the nozzles work
well.
l Start the belt driver and the roller driver, check the rotation
direction of the press roller, adjust the reasonable rotation speed
ratio [Check the record].
l Start the cooling water systems, adjust the water flow in the rollers.
l Check the rotating direction of the roller.
l Check if the limit switch on the shields is normal. [Open the shield,
the equipment will stop]
l Check if the emergency stop button on the side of the rollers is in
place. [Press the button, the roller will rotate reversely; press the
botton again, the roller will stop ]
l Adjust the gap between the pressure roller[1-1.5mm]
l Turn off electric switches, check if the equipment can be safely
shutdown.
